Villa Margherita's restaurant offers a delightful, fine dining experience for in-house guests, locals and visitors alike.
Our fine dining restaurant is led by talented Head Chef Jako van Vuuren, whose passion and creativity are reflected in every dish. A fully-stocked bar complements the menu with an excellent selection of wines, cocktails and spirits.
Wherever possible, we work with local suppliers and choose ingredients that support the people and producers around us. Just steps from our kitchen, our own hydroponic garden provides fresh greens that travel only a few metres before reaching your plate.
Guests can also enjoy a fresh seafood menu, and our main menu changes periodically to make the most of the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Breakfast: 07:00 – 09:00
Dinner: 18:00 – 21:00 (kitchen closes at 20:00)

Special Events
Our beautiful house offers the ideal setting for small events, from bespoke high teas to team lunches and year-end functions. Our indoor restaurant comfortably seats up to 22 guests, and our garden up to 30.
